BUKIDNON – Dahilayan Forest Park Resort (DFPR) is one of the tourist destinations that offer an array of fun activities for the whole family, and for all ages. It is located at Barangay Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon nestled at the foot of Mount Kitanglad and 4,700 feet above sea level.
Forest Park was built with the vision of developing tourism industry in Bukidnon and the whole Philippines as well.
Nevertheless, the success of the business could not be attained without the continuous cooperation of the employees and the community.
On August 8 2018, Mr. Andres A. Adami, Jr., Operation Manager, requested the National Conciliation and Mediation Board 10 (NCMB 10) to facilitate the creation of Labor Management Cooperation (LMC) Program, a plant-level mechanism that promotes closer relationship among workers and management. LMC is also a venue to air issues and concerns of all employees.
Around 23 participants during the one-day orientation seminar are instruments in the creation of the Dahilayan LMC.
Ms. Ruby R. Cruspero, Human Resource Manager was appointed as the Secretary of Dahilayan LMC. “Our company operation needs a structure that would lead us into One Team, we are positive that thru cooperation, all things will be possible,” Ms. Cruspero said.
The seminar lecturers were Ms. Jocelyn L. Saa, Supervising Labor Employment Officer (LEO), Ms. Junaliza S. Aragon, Senior LEO, both from NCMB 10. Ms. Estella Mae Obice of Employee Compensation Commission 10 (ECC 10) and Ms. Neofita D. Japos of Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board 10 (RTWPB 10).
ECC and RTWPB representatives discussed their respective updated programs and services. While NCMB representatives discussed on LMC Program and structuring, Grievance Procedure, Effective Communication and Coaching, Mentoring, Counseling and Correcting.
