CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – 10 May 2018, the National Conciliation and Mediation Board, Regional Branch No. 10 in cooperation with the LMC Convergence Team namely Department of Labor Employment (DOLE), Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB), and Employees Compensation Commission (ECC) conducted the LMC Convergence Seminar to the workers of Madonna and Child Hospital (MCH) held at MCH Conference Room, Carmen, this City.
Right after the orientation, MCH formally structured its workplace cooperation named “Madonna and Child LMC” with Three (3) sub-committees namely: Productivity and Service Quality Committee; Employees Welfare Committee and Grievance Committee.
Ms. Victoria Tan, Administrative Manager in her closing message, “This is now the real time that workers’ empowerment will be felt by all workers and we challenge your quality service towards our patients” she also stressed, “MCH management built an open door policy for an easy access to resolve concerns to all workers.”
Madonna & Child Hospital is a medical institution located at J.V. Seriña Street, Carmen, this City. MCH offers healthcare services and other advance medical operations with a total employment of 251 workers (53 Male and 198 Female).
